Our concept is a two part service. You help yourself to the salad bar, then when you are ready for the meat you flip your coaster to green, if you decide to take a break flip it to red. You are also served the "hot sides" which are: mashed potatoes, cheese bread, black beans, fried bananas and rice.
We serve beef, chicken, pork, lamb and shrimp, 14 different cuts
We have a full service bar available and extensive wine menu
